Digi Ventus Renews PCI DSS 4.0.1 Certification for Another Year

We are excited to share a significant milestone: Digi Ventus has successfully completed its PCI DSS 4.0.1 re-attestation and earned its place on Visa’s Global Registry of Service Providers (listed as ‘Ventus Networks’). Our certification is valid for another year, reaffirming our commitment to the highest standards in payment data security.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) represents the global benchmark for protecting cardholder data and maintaining the integrity of payment systems. Achieving re-attestation under the current 4.0.1 standard reflects not only our technical controls, but our organization-wide culture of security.

Recognition from Visa

As part of this re-attestation, Digi International has received formal recognition from Visa, who acknowledged our continued inclusion in the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers, a designation reserved for organizations that have demonstrated sustained commitment to payment security standards.

Visa's registry, available at visa.com/onthelist, acknowledges service providers worldwide who meet the rigorous requirements of the PCI Standard. Being listed there signals to partners, customers, and stakeholders that Digi Ventus is a trusted actor in the payment ecosystem.

Why PCI DSS 4.0.1 Sets a Higher Bar

Not all PCI attestations are equal. PCI DSS 4.0.1 is the current version of the standard. The 4.0 release builds on introduced controls that version 3.2.1 did not require, and as of March 31, 2025 those requirements are mandatory for every assessment. For customers and partners evaluating service providers, the version of attestation matters.
